Think it's best San Francisco's place to stay. This is a low cost fairly clean hotel providing reasonably large rooms. All the staff members are very attentive and excellent. The restaurant is popular.

Location short walk to surrounding attractions, restaurants and transport sites, and the water front shops and places to eat.

Breakfast was complimentary and fine, truly enjoyed the location.

The carpets in the rooms are outdated and could use some improvement.

The maid was very good. She didnt speak english but she was very nice. They moved the room we were in because our wheelchair could not get in the room. The people in the office were very friendly, but kept stating we are sorry but this is an old hotel.

The handicap room was made many years ago. The shower was for a wheelchair that isn't electric. So we could not take a shower. The temperature was set at 85% and kept going on. I could not adjusted it so I turned it off. The telephone wasnt working so we had to keep going to the manager office.

We really enjoyed its popular restaurant.

The room for soap or shampoo. Throughout the day staff were excellent and helpful. The location in a safe area was absolutely perfect and incredible and there were a bakery and a small convenience store nearby.

Its position in town

It was drab and very poor quality for the price. No pictures on the walls, only one very bad light over head and no lamps. Small and cramped, no air conditioning. It was right next to a main road so noisy with traffic. The walls needed repainting and the beds were uncomfortable!
